Introducing a sweet Single O satellite project in Japan!
Leading the project is Yu Yamamoto, our roaster of many years here in Sydney, and also barista, hospitality all-rounder, Q Grader, business development manager…there’s no end to what this man can do.
Not ones to do things by half measures, we’re roasting a custom house blend, three origins for both espresso and filter extractions, and offering barista training, coffee cupping and education and machine tech support.
Thanks to the Tokyo baristas & coffee industry people that have shown us a warm welcome so far. The coffee scene here is mad!
