Winter has been well and truly here, our toes have told us so. Chef Tommy, Mitsako & Ilpha have delivered with a menu that salutes the season with a beanie and a smile. On the breakfast menu, “bubble ‘n squeak” is a memory lane trip, though we don’t recall black pudding butter or any twice cooked biodynamic eggs at Grandma’s house. Over on the lunch page, amongst other delicious dishes, the guys have had fun creating “The camel driver’s packed lunch” – a milk fed curried goat wrap with a apricot and mint couscous and quince chutney.
