Calling specialty coffee professionals, from producers and buyers through to roasters and QCs, along with baristas immersed in the depths of coffee, we’d like to invite you to our just released Q Grader courses in our new SCAA Certified lab in Botany, Sydney. Available as 6 full day courses in late July and in October, our Q Grader courses will be conducted in the updated 4.0 format and emulate the teaching method practiced by SCAA. The exam comprises 22 sections on coffee related subjects including green bean grading, roast identification, coffee cupping, sensory skills and sensory triangulation.
We are thrilled to have these Q Grader courses led by the Andrew Hetzel, Q/R Grader Instructor for CQI. Since 2001, Andrew has worked on behalf of coffee producers and roasters in over 35 countries to improve coffee quality.
