“The idea was to create easy-to-reheat meals that keep well in vacuum sealed bags. They’ve been created with several native ingredients, and pre-cooked using a sous-vide, aka amazing hot water bath that locks in all the flavours while it cooks. They can be used in a few different ways; serve with those pre-hoarded goods (rice, veggies etc.) as sides. We also have grains, pasta, rice and beans available to purchase at the corner store.”
– Ben Hopkins, Single O Head Chef.
How long will they last?
