It’s what’s inside that counts and our guys have loved the tailored profiling and delicious extractions that the Kees Van Der Westen Spirit espresso machine allows. Having ‘real life’ coffee boiler temperature indicated under each group in line of sight and the ability to adjust on the fly without fiddling and without lag time are just a couple of the features we’re thrilled to have at our fingertips. Literally.
Allow us to go on a little longer…pre-heated water to the individual group heads makes this baby steady as a rock and the ergonomics make working this machine as smooth as bourbon.
It’s also nice to have a play with the cosmetic look, and here’s the first in a series of panels we’ve created. It was great to launch them at Melbourne International Coffee Expo and we look forward to showcasing the series on our 2-group and 3-group at our Surry Hills café and Sideshow.
