SINGLE O X PURA CEPA

In our 2nd year with Pura Cepa, we’re stoked to have brought the goodness of their ‘Harambe Carbonic Maceration’ Mt. Elgon Uganda coffee into Paradox. Pura Cepa’s thing is to add value for its growers by improving tastes through special processes. They borrow wine science fermentation & drying techniques, such as Carbonic Maceration, where coffee cherries are loaded into dry stainless steel tanks & inoculated with special kefir. The intensified flavours help growers earn premiums they wouldn’t have commanded otherwise & contributes to long term sustainability.
