REGION SPOTLIGHT ON: LIMU, ETHIOPIA
The western coffee growing regions of Ethiopia are dry & arid, just the ticket for producing dry-processed naturals, for which the region is renowned. Freshly harvested coffee cherries are submerged in water, where the high quality dense coffees that sink to the bottom are selected to be sun-dried, developing their hallmark clean, fruity notes. Paradox blend comes to life with this stellar natural-process coffee.
