REGION SPOTLIGHT ON: GUJI, ETHIOPIA

Grown in the fertile highlands of the Oromia southern region this natural processed coffee is sorted by density after harvest and allowed to dry in the cherry on raised drying beds in full sun. In the blend this coffee contributes to the wild berry and chocolate notes that make up this delicious Paradox.
