We realise that some people drink coffee for the buzz, so it stands to reason that decaf drinkers are here just for the taste, right? So it deserves special attention! Freshness is king with decaf, be it the green coffee itself, the time elapsed since decaffeinating it & the freshness
of the roast. We’ve figured out that for optimal taste, it should be roasted within 3 months after decaffeination. We work closely with the folks at Swiss Water to ship quarterly to meet our roast deadline. Now there’s some special attention!
