To get started, find your (tall-ish) cup and put the kettle on.
1_ Grab your ‘chute & tear along the “open” line
2_ Pull paper handles out sideways & pop ‘chute in cup, placing handles over rim
3_ Fill ‘chute to the top with water just off the boil & wait for it to drain. Repeat this two more times
Got scales? For a next level ‘chute:
Bloom for 30 sec with 50g of hot water on the first pour, then repeat with 50g/30 sec increments till your brew is 200g.
We recommend a 2:30-3:00min steep. No stirring! It can affect the draw down.
