Tokyo - the Mothership has landed! Our flagship cafe has arrived in Kanda Awajicho right next to buzzing Akihabara neighbourhood.
From your morning cup of joe to your evening night cap, Kanda is open from day to night, seven days a week, serving all our familiar faves with a twist. With six (!!!) batch taps flowing, the cafe will showcase origins from our producer partners from all corners of the globe alongside our signature Reservoir blend on espresso. For something stronger, try something off our first-ever line up of cafe-inspired cocktails.
Need a bite? We're serving up all the Aussie classics: The Avo Show, The Mothership Bowl, and of course, Banana Bread with Espresso Butter. With a full menu of brekky, lunch, and bar snacks, there's plenty to discover - so what are you waiting for?!
About The Cafe
IRASSHAIMASE! Welcome to our first Tokyo flagship café. Our spirited new digs are located close to our east-side roastery, in Hamacho, a neighbourhood renowned for its craft. And there’s no shortage of craft coffee and food on offer within our four walls.
A plethora of washed and natural single origins are flowing as batch brew on our self-serve Freepour Coffee On Tap Bar. The Single O signature blend, Reservoir, is the main stay of our espresso program, with rotating single origins on offer too.
On the food front, our seasonal dishes fuse café favourites from Australia and Japan. Get ready for fresh spins on jaffles. Plus no representation of the Single O café can be without our Banana Bread with Espresso Butter. Hope you can come visit us for breakfast, lunch, and everything in between.

Here to take on the force that is Shibuya is our new Sideshow, standing, to-go coffee bar, conveniently located in the heart of it all. And it rocks some convenient opening hours too, answering your early morning through to early evening coffee plans.
Fill your cup with a self-serve filter. (No reusable cup on you? OK! We’ve got reusable options.) Flatties and espressos are made on our signature Reservoir blend, just like home. Stay for a seasonal special or ‘Two Step’ coffee flight.
On the food front, favourite fusions include Tokyo BAE Roll, weaving Japanese egg salad into a classic Aussie Bacon Egg Roll. Ham It Up Toastie features a ripper curried tomato sauce. Yes for sure, there's our signature banana bread with espresso butter. And Vegemite? Awwww sure, there's a special stash for you.
About The Cafe
Nestled inside our roastery, and open 10am to 6pm on Saturdays & Sundays, the Ryogoku Tasting Bar brings you close to the roast. Operating since 2015, it’s a local haunt where you can join in the banter, catch a few tunes, grab yourself a freshly roasted bag for home, and see how Single O shines a light on single-origin coffees. Brew methods include our V60 bar and AeroPress, and an espresso line- up on our La Marzocco PB. So follow your nose down Kamezawa’s 2-23-2 and bring a friend or two.
