If you received coffee that was not as per what you ordered (e.g. wrong product type, wrong grind), we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via shop@singleo.com.au

If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we’ll exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance.) For applicable returns, please contact shop@singleo.com.au with your name, purchase order and reason for the return. Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to: Single O, 28B Cranbrook St, Botany NSW 2019. Goods must be returned in their packaging.


For equipment faults after 14 days, please refer to your equipment product warranty and contact the equipment manufacturer/distributor directly. By using this site, you acknowledge that Single O shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site. The contents of this site are without warranties of any kind.


Single Origin Pty Ltd endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.
