All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise prices are GST inclusive. Single Origin Wholesale Pty Ltd will issue a Tax Invoice for all purchases.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sorry, orders can’t be cancelled. For any technical issues around order placement, contact shop@singleo.com.au

RETURNS POLICY

If you received an item that was not as per your order (e.g. wrong coffee type, grind, or product), we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via shop@singleo.com.au.

If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we’ll exchange, refund, or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance.) For applicable returns, contact shop@singleo.com.au with your name, order number, and reason for the return.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you’re not satisfied with a consumable product (e.g., coffee, tea, or chocolate), we’ll replace it one time with a product of similar value. Shipping costs may apply. Please contact shop@singleo.com.au within 7 days of receipt with your order details and feedback.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you’d like to return a non-perishable item because you changed your mind, we can offer a refund, exchange, or credit towards a future purchase – provided we receive the item in its original, unused condition.Please email us within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt and send the item to our return address above. This will be at your cost and responsibility until the item arrives at our premises. Once received and inspected, we’ll proceed with the exchange, refund, or credit.

WARRANTIES

For equipment faults after 14 days, please refer to your equipment product warranty and contact the equipment manufacturer/distributor directly. By using this site, you acknowledge that Single O shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site. The contents of this site are without warranties of any kind.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Single Origin Pty Ltd endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.

The site is protected by 256-Bit SSL security (the same as your bank and the Military use). Your information is transmitted using secure methods at all times, and in accordance with PCI recommendations. Administrative passwords are kept securely and changed every 90 days. Under PCI compliance regulations, your credit card details are transmitted securely and the complete Credit Card Numbers are obfuscated from the view of Single O staff.
