how to make: oasis
If you’ve been to our Surry Hills cafe, there’s a chance you’ve tried the Oasis - Oat Cold Brew on Tap. There’s also a chance you murmured ‘that’s actually pretty good’ after your first sip and another chance you ordered more than one.
Well now, you can make it at home. You’re welcome.
What you’ll need.
-
Oat milk
-
Agave
How to:
Step 1. Make cold brew. Follow the steps here however increase the ratio to 1:6 (approx. 166g per litre), with coffee ground medium/fine (Cold Brew).
Step 2. Mix this brew. 1:1 with oat milk (we use Alt Diary Co at the cafe, but any oat milk can work).
Step 3. Add agave to taste. This will depend on which oat milk you use and how big a sweet tooth you’ve got.
Step 4. Ice. Glass. Sip-able endless summer.
