Welcome Discount: 

Our current '10% off your first order' is applicable to new customers only upon subscribing to the Single O email and mailing list. The associated discount code must be applied at checkout to receive this discount.

Discount is limited to one use per customer. No minimum spend is required. This offer is only available on the following products: Single Origin Coffee, Coffee Blends, Tea, Choc, Chai range and Parachutes®. The discount is excluded from all other ranges including Single O Gift Cards, Equipment, Accessories and Merchandise.
Discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Offer will only be valid on the regional website you signed up on.

Product Bundles and Gift Kits: 

Our current Gift Kits and Bundles range and Chutes and Beans bundles are only available for online orders placed via singleo.com.au. These kits and bundles are currently not eligible for purchase in store at a Single O cafe or via our Japan website singleo.jp. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Firecracker 2026 - Hario x Single O Giveaway prize draw

Open to all Australian residents across ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, TAS, VIC, WA, SA who purchase any Firecracker product, including bundles with Firecracker via singleo.com.au. Purchases must be made between 9am Wednesday 24 JUN - 12 noon Wednesday 26 August 2026 or while stocks last.

Each Firecracker product or bundle purchased receives one entry into the draw. There is no limit on entries, but entrants must retain copies of all purchase receipts for all entries. All entries by the entrant may otherwise be declared invalid. 

A random prize draw will occur 3:00 PM AEDT on 27 August 2026 with winners notified via Email or phone no later than Tuesday 1st September 2026. Location of draw:  
Single O, 28B Cranbrook St, Botany NSW 2019. 

The winner(s) last name, first name initial, Post Code and state/territory of residence will be published in accordance with the Public announcement of winners section of the Schedule (if applicable). 

Without limiting any of the foregoing, in no circumstances will an entrant or the Promoter have any liability to the other for any loss or damage suffered which is indirect or consequential in nature, including without limitation any loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.   

Single O and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss in transit of prizes.  

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value (including between advertising of the Promotion and receipt of the prize).  

Facebook, Google (and it’s display network), YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change at Single O discretion without notice.

Unless stated otherwise prices are inclusive of GST. Single Origin Wholesale Pty Ltd will issue a Tax Invoice for all purchases.
