SHIPPING

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free, standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $60.00. Otherwise a flat standard shipping rate of $8.00 applies. Customers have the option to pay an Express Shipping rate of $12.00.

Order Dispatch Times:
  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched from the Single O warehouse within 2 business days.

  • Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched from the Single O warehouse within 2 business days.

  • Peak Promotion, Festive Season and NSW Public Holidays: For orders placed during these periods, please allow 3 - 4 business days for orders to be dispatched from the Single O warehouse.

Please Note: Orders placed before 2pm are not able to have address updates made.
Orders placed after 2pm are able to have their address updated before 2pm the next day. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it to a new address.

Order Delivery Times:

Once dispatched from the Single O warehouse, customers will receive a Single O email update with the order's tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Order Dispatch Times:
  • Monday to Thursday: Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday (AEST) are dispatched from the Single O warehouse within 2 business days.
  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday:Orders placed after 2pm Thursday, or over the weekend are dispatched from the Single O warehouse on Tuesday the following week.
Our international shipping and deliver times can vary depending on your location outside of Australia. In most situations the below time frames apply:
  • Economy Australia Post International (Up to or over 11 days transit time)
  • Standard Australia Post International (Less than 11 days transit time)
  • Express Australia Post International (4 days transit time)

RETURNS

If you receive coffee that is not inline with you order receipt (e.g. wrong product type, wrong grind size), we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately.

Please email shop@singleo.com.au and include your:

  1. Your name.
  2. Original Order Number (found on your email receipt).
  3. A photo or description of what you received. 
  4. A description of what you should have received.
Equipment Order Returns

If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we’ll exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance.)

To process an equipment return, please email shop@singleo.com.au and include:

  1. Your name.
  2. Original Order Number (found on your email receipt)
  3. The reason for the return.

Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to: Single O, 28B Cranbrook St, Botany NSW 2019. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged.

For equipment faults after 14 days, please refer to your equipment product warranty and contact the equipment manufacturer/distributor directly. By using this site, you acknowledge that Single O shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site. The contents of this site are without warranties of any kind.

Change of Mind

If you want to return a product because you changed your mind, we can offer you an exchange or credit towards future purchase – provided we receive the original item in ‘as new’ condition.

To process an Change of Mind return, please email shop@singleo.com.au within 10 days from the date of purchase or receipt and include:

  1. Your name.
  2. Original Order Number (found on your email receipt)
  3. The reason for the return.
  4. If you would like an exchange or credit.

Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to: Single O, 28B Cranbrook St, Botany NSW 2019. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged. This will be at your cost and under your responsibility until the item arrives at our premises. Once we receive it and check it’s in ‘as new’ condition, we’ll proceed with the exchange or credit.

Errors Omissions

Single Origin Pty Ltd endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.
