One More Thing: Deiro Garcia, the producer behind this coffee, knows a thing or two about utilising bacteria and yeast strains to produce distinct coffee profiles. Utilising homemade ferments from a variety of fruits and vegetables, he’s reproduced his own bacteria and yeasts. These bacteria and yeasts are added during processing(which Deiro also ensures is of the highest standing) resulting in an outstanding, juicy cup.
