One More Thing: Alma Negra is a natural process developed by the Chacóns, where the coffee dries inside of a greenhouse for 2-3 days, then it’s transferred to raised beds during the day to dry in the sun and returned to the greenhouse at night to slow down the curing and drying process. A deliciously sweet cup.
