Tucked away under shade on one of the highest elevation parcels of land within Finca La Minita is El Melico, a prime condition lot dedicated to growing several unique coffee varieties including Gesha. Hand harvested with great care, then stripped of it's outer skin and dried in remaining mucilage in full sun. This labour intensive process has resulted in an incredibly fruity and juicy cup.
