This banging washed coffee comes from the Fero Co-op, just outside Yirgalem, deep in Yirgacheffe country, aka home of the lemony, sparkly good stuff. Fero’s part of the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (say that ten times faster), repping over 5,000 legends growing coffee on tiny plots, often right alongside their avocados, maize. Big community vibes. Big flavour, too.
