Step right up! Our latest Filter Show, blends an equal combo of lots from washing stations, Kagumo and Karii, from the Mutira Coffee Growers Coop in Kirinyaga. We’ve selected the peaberries from each, these oddballs of coffee, make up about 5-10% of the annual harvest. Peaberries are created when the coffee cherry grows only one seed instead of two - resulting in a round seed packed with higher acidity, flavour and complexity, making it magic on filter!
