The 2025 edition of FIRECRACKER is a huge burst of ripe fruit flavours – think bright cherry, sweet persimmon, juicy red grape – and is perfect for espresso or filter, batch brew or AeroPress. Burundi is renowned for its Red Bourbon coffee trees, a variety that produces distinctly sweet and lush cup profiles and uniformly sized coffee cherries, which helps during sorting and processing. With only about 200-250 coffee trees per producer, the coffee is carefully handpicked from their small plots of land. The result? A coffee that shines and sparkles with sweetness. A real firecracker in your cup.
