One More Thing:  900 members of Mwirua FCS delivered to the Getuya Coffee Factory this season. The coffee is depulped and fermented overnight to break down the sugars. Next morning the coffee is cleaned, soaked, and spread out on raised beds and hand sorted for 7 to 15 days until dry.
