One more thing: This very rare natural process PNG comes from the Kindeng Dry Mill, in the Jiwaka province of Papua New Guinea. Its a blend of coffee cherry from about 1500 multiple smallholder farmers located in the Kindeng and Arufa municipalities. The average farm size in this area is about 1-2 hectares
