A crazy good single origin to brew on the fly? Yes please. We rotate Filter Show Parachute origins every 12 weeks (or so) to deliver a special select for our drip bag format, roasted and ground for optimum extraction and flavour. 

We fresh roast and pack Parachutes in small batches, then nitro-flush, so they’re at optimum freshness for 3 months.

Hang these babies over a mug, add just off the boil hot water, and you’ve got a v60-esque brew on the fly.

We're seeing doubles! So stoked to have this coffee a second year in a row from Rioki Estate in Kiambu. It’s a classic double washed Kenya with sugary ripe papaya and vibrant cherry which has a syrupy body that really comes alive in filter, slow brews and pour overs.
