Join us as we explore the big wide world of coffee roasters through our Tap In Guest Roaster program. Born in 2020 when coffee could travel (and people couldn’t) as a catalyst to travel blues. Now, three years later (after a brief hiatus in 2022), the program is still connecting us to awesome roasters from around the world. From Dublin to Kyoto, the program has gone far and wide, not only exploring countries but varieties too, washed Red Bourbons to natural Pacamaras.
Tap in each month at Surry (or occasionally, you’ll be able to score a bag online or at a local Supercafe).

Kicking off this month with Diggy Doos, in Region Food Arcade, owned by coffee legend, Paulie. If you've been here for a while, you might have seen Paulie on the machine at Surry Hills a few times way back in the day. Paulie now hosts regular cuppings and brew sessions, inspiring the next gen of coffee superstars. Grab it here.
