MICE 2026: THE SINGLE O SCHEDULE MICE 2026: THE SINGLE O SCHEDULE
Heading to Melbourne International Coffee Expo this year? Before the espresso starts pouring, join us for a different kind of hustle as we hit the pavement in the Single O MICE Rat Race. Then come find us on the floor pouring some of our best recent origins on just about every brew method.

  • 12:00 PM — Hario Brew Bar
FRIDAY 27 MARCH

ON THE STREETS: RUNNIN' CREMORNE

Before the espresso starts pouring and we hit the conference floor, join us for a different kind of hustle. The Rat Race is a chance to hit the Melbourne pavement with the rest of the hospo crew. No pitching, no dockets, just a cruisy lap to find your feet before the expo madness takes them out from under you.

We'll cruise through a 5k easy run before meeting back at Single O for coffees and matchas on us, plus pastries from Morning Market.

adidas will be wear-testing their latest and greatest, including the EVO SL and EVO SL ATR. You’ll also be first to shop the Never Run x Single O collaboration — Rat runners get first dibs.

ON THE FLOOR: HIGH TOUCH TO HIGH TECH

This year we're going back to the namesake — Single O-rigin — pouring some of our best and brightest recent origins on filter at Hario's Brew Bar on Thursday, then Friday 'spros at La Marzocco's Roasters Playground, plus running Reservoir on auto at the Eversys stand.

Java Frinsa Natural (Landing Soon!) Wildan Mustofa is making the case for West Java naturals with this hyper-clean, tropical passionfruit bomb that’s equally vibrant as filter or high-voltage espresso.

Honduras El Colibri Parainema Mirna Dominguez showcases the future of Honduras with this Parainema — a resilient dwarf variety that's a tropical riot of candied tangerine and ripe pineapple.

Honduras Las Flores Gesha Natural Roger Dominguez brings the Marcala playbook to some serious Gesha genetics. Expect an elegant natural that hits with high-clarity coffee blossom and a heavy, syrupy apricot finish
