Welcome Reservoir drinkers & brewers! Whether you’ve landed here to learn more about Res, or you’re brewing up some of its ripe stone fruit & vibrant acidity at home, here are the latest single origin lots featured within, along with our brew guide.
Reservoir embodies our love of well-structured coffees & has been the pride of our café on Reservoir Street since 2003. It’s passed through naked handles as rizzies, & these days through splits as spros, always savoured for its vibrancy, the bright spark it is.
Ripe stone fruits, vibrant acidity & structured finish.

REGION SPOTLIGHT ON: Kenya Nyeri
This coffee is sourced through the Nairobi Coffee Exchange auction where small high-quality lots are purchased and blended to achieve a consistent and delicious flavour profile, fresh citrus & juicy berry – the foundations and cornerstone of our house blend, Reservoir.
*We seasonally update with fresh coffee harvests, always blending to the desired taste profile
Inspired by Reservoir, and as part of our 1% For The Planet commitment,
Our signature blend, Reservoir, was the muse that led us to choose the water-devoted Seabin.
If there are bins on land, why not the sea? That’s the thinking that launched this Sydney grassroots organisation which now have over 860 Seabins across the world capturing 3, 222, 056 (for context - that’s over 50k La Marzocco PB 3-group machines).
Not only are these legends removing waste from the ocean with their bins in the sea, but are also gathering vital data to inform better consumer & business practices. Our crew will be monitoring & servicing Seabins, doing our (small) part to help them on their mission; to live in a world without Seabins.
Cookie heads up! If we could we'd call 'em biccies & we'd be dunking 'em in coffee, but sadly these bad boys are virtual & non-edible.
